In foreign countries there gezegde

 In foreign countries, there are different coaches for skiing and shooting, but we only have one. If we want out biathlon to develop, these coaches with advanced training methods are necessary.

 The Turin Olympics made us further realize that to develop winter sports is a long-drawn and arduous task. Since we have achieved satisfactory results in the foreign-coached events, such as the freestyle aerials and cross-country skiing, we are considering inviting more high-level foreign coaches to help us in the future.

 Since China has only about 20 years' history in the biathlon, we should invite high-level coaches from strong countries like Germany , Norway and Russia , to help us.

 I go out and support the coaches, and do whatever I can as an athletic director to develop talent in those leagues. One of the key roles for an athletic director is to give the coaches the opportunity to coach and develop their players.

 The Canadian coaches are working very hard. This is the first time we have foreign coaches. Before that we really don't know how to work with them. But since they came, we got great help from them. Whenever we feel frustrated, they always encourage us, and help us get out of the frustration. Besides, they are really nice people, very kind.

 It's important to keep in mind that coaches are not trainers. Coaches deal with the athletes training and mindset, but what they do is not science- based. The idea that having sex is going to hurt an athlete's performance is just not true.

 When people knew we were starting a franchise they started calling us. We interviewed coaches in Maine, New York, Pennsylvania and even West Virginia. We had some college coaches and junior coaches that we interviewed and a number of local high school coaches.

 The training in Finland developed a lot of our skiing skills. But that short period of training is not enough. Inviting a foreign coach to stay with us for a long period of time is the key way for us to understand their real concepts in training.

 We're trying to incorporate all the areas of the game. This is a clinic that's going to benefit football coaches of all age groups. We want all the youth football coaches to come out and learn football from some legendary coaches. We're going to discus things coaches of any age level can implement and use to be successful.

 In pro football you're a number. If you don't play well, you're gone and no one cares. But in college, coaches recruit young men and ask them to become a part of their family and help you become a productive citizen for the next 30, 40, 50 years of your life. Your coaches help you develop into something you can be proud of and they are there for life. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. In pro football you're a number. If you don't play well, you're gone and no one cares. But in college, coaches recruit young men and ask them to become a part of their family and help you become a productive citizen for the next 30, 40, 50 years of your life. Your coaches help you develop into something you can be proud of and they are there for life.

 High-school tennis, it was fun, ... but I got more into USTA tournaments because that's what college coaches look for. I'm playing so much outside of school on the weekends, training with separate coaches. It was too much. I had to quit.

 Coach education is very important for UEFA. If you educate good coaches, they in turn produce good players. So each country is enthusiastic about the training of its coaches.

 I don't want to say it's a sense of relief. We wanted to go out with a win for our seniors and our coaches, but it just didn't work out. It's sad to see all these coaches go. Every guy out here loves these coaches and what they've done for us. But at the same time, the program is going in a new direction.

 You want the player to have a similar experience everywhere he plays in the system, so all of our coaches have to be on the same page. And if you run down the list of our coaches, you'll find that they share a lot of qualities. It's a low ego, high work ethic thing that runs through the whole organization, and as a result, a lot of the players we develop have those same qualities.

 This is a tremendous honor because I'm stepping into this class with three coaches that I have the greatest respect for. They are coaches' coaches.
