 I think that over time, there are other buildings that will come down, but nothing in the immediate future. We're not going to tear everything down and build everything fresh. What we're going to do is be constantly recreating this space, much like Disney World does.

 Now we get to the point where we want to keep our players and build from within. Our model is more Minnesota, or more Oakland. We're not the Marlins.  This is the most stupid ... most asinine thing I've ever heard of doing. If this was just some dirt field, that would be different. But this is one of the few facilities in the state that can handle big baseball games. Why tear it down? If you want to tear down something, tear down the Coliseum and build an arena there.

 It's doable but is it practical? That's another question, ... The biggest obstacle I see is clearing all the buildings from the infield. When I ran the track (1978-82) there weren't as many structures as there are now. It seems to me that it would be very costly to tear everything down, then build it back just to play one football game.

 Doing things like this certainly increases Disney World's visibility in the minds of travelers. This will certainly make people think more of a Disney World vacation.

 It was built in 16 months. They employed 15,000 workers who worked 24 hours a day to build this building. It started in '41 and was completed in January of '43. The U.S. at the time was looking at the possible entry into World War II, and the various military departments were scattered around town in 17 different buildings.

 Sharpie is a natural fit for Walt Disney World Resort given the millions of autograph seekers who frequent the resort each year. Sharpie also draws parallels to the Disney brand strategically. Both Sharpie and Walt Disney World Resort offer experiences that deliver on the promise of fun and family.

 Young students today have so many fresh ideas about the world and their future. As Optimists, it is our goal to encourage them and do what we can to bring out the best in each of them. This gives them a wonderful opportunity to tap into their creativity and pursue possible scholarships at the same time.
