Praising people doesn't mean gezegde

Praising people doesn't mean you have to give them a raise. A little note can say for that day, for that project, you are happy with what they did -- and your employees deserve to know that.

Praising an honest person who doesn't deserve it, always wounds them.

Dedicate yourself to the good you deserve and desire for yourself. Give yourself peace of mind. You deserve to be happy. You deserve delight.
  Hannah Arendt

  Dan Rather

Some employees don't get raises because they assume someone will notice their good work. They don't realize they have to motivate their boss to give them a raise,

It doesn't do an employee any good to give them a four percent raise to give it all back to insurance.

I believe the employees should be paid for the job they do. We have budget constraints, but I am for treating the employees fairly and giving them the benefits they deserve.
