 I believe the employees should be paid for the job they do. We have budget constraints, but I am for treating the employees fairly and giving them the benefits they deserve.

 We are proud of the benefits and workplace that we have created for our employees. In addition, we're extremely happy that our employees appreciate those benefits and have voted us to be a recipient of this award.

 We are informing employees today that we are giving our U.S. management who are pension-eligible, or close to it, an opportunity to leave the company voluntarily with enhanced benefits. Eligible employees will receive an official offer on June 11 and acceptances must be made by July 10.

 Corporate America knows that treating employees fairly is not just the right thing to do, it's good for the bottom line,
