Wisconsin has passed laws that will probably lead the nation in this field. They're allowing for agriculture and development of things like subdivisions to work together, instead of being at odds with each other like they have been in the past.

He's already done some things that's been a benefit to the county, like making a few changes in the budget so that maybe we can avoid a big tax increase.
