 With the amount of fast bowlers we've got in this squad at the moment, we'll look to rest players at different times.

 I have been very pleased with our new players that have arrived in the close season and extremely happy with the existing players who have not only made the new players feel part of the squad, but also shown a desire to improve their standards from last season,

 The quality is there in the squad. We are happy with the players we have in the club. There are no panic stations at this moment in time,

 The thing I've tried to tell each of these players is be ready for your moment. What if I only play Andre Allen eight minutes this game because Darius is really playing well? What if this game is better-suited for Kareem Cooper than it is Joey Dorsey? What I'm trying to tell our players is that you have to live with that and march on to the next game, and that may be your game and your opportunity to be the star.

 We feel we have a decent squad, but just need somebody to lead the players.
