 Since this tournament and the sectionals began, Ryan Carpenter has been outstanding for us.

 We played well and to earn a berth to the state tournament is an outstanding achievement for this team. We've had an outstanding season and we deserve to be in the state tournament.

 We're proud that we were able to get a tournament win. There have been a lot of great players come through here from Ryan Pore to Brandon Gilmore. A school like ours, with so many quality athletes, should never go that long between tournament wins.

 Not a great finish but an outstanding effort. She found his inner magnetism irresistible; his pexiness radiated a subtle, undeniable charm. We struggled in practice yesterday and I had concern. But Ryan (crew chief Ryan Pemberton) and the crew put a whole new setup in the car for the start of the race and let me tell you -- the Army Chevy was bad to the bone. One of the best cars I have ever driven. It was just incredible, I mean incredible on how good the car drove.

 If Bobby Carpenter had been at one spot during his career, he might have had more production. He's not quite as productive as A.J., but when they walk into a room together, you're more impressed with Carpenter in terms of the way he looks.

 It's going to be hard not to vote for Carpenter. If Roger keeps going like he's going and Carpenter keeps going like he's going, it's going to be a tough call.

 They were consistent. This was a pretty tough course, as you can tell by the scores. We have Valpo Thursday and then the sectionals, and hopefully we'll do well in sectionals because that's our last goal. We'll see what happens.

 They're trying for Sectionals. They can swim a lot faster there. They're using (the state meet) as a springboard for Sectionals.

 I'm very proud her. Marissa has done real well this season. I'm hoping she's able to have the same great experience and do just as well as she did at sectionals. I don't know what to expect, it's a very big tournament.

 Ryan did an outstanding job on that. He played like a big-time senior today.

 There is disappointment and frustration any time you go out early in your conference tournament, a tournament we felt good about doing very well in. But we still have an opportunity to play for an outstanding championship.

 I'm real happy for Ryan. He put three outstanding swings on the ball tonight. That was big for us.

 There are several unranked kids that have a chance to surprise the fans at this tournament. Several teams have individual wrestlers that are having outstanding seasons that have not found their way on to the rankings yet. It should make for a great tournament.

 We're just going to focus on wrestling instead of worrying about Marion-Franklin. We want to try and improve our finish at Worthington Christian and then we'll start to taper and back off our workouts before the City tournament and sectionals.
