 The increase in spot prices is always reflective of an increase in crude oil prices. Station owners always have to think about restocking. If they're going to buy more, they'll have to charge the higher price.

This time, AMD's got as speedy processors as Intel does at the high end. There's nothing Intel can do. They can't bomb prices without hurting themselves.

 Fortunately, not everything was higher at the grocery store. Consumers in Missouri found lower prices for flour, bread and eggs, while prices were unchanged from the last quarter for vegetable oil and mayonnaise.
