When people are going gezegde

 When people are going to their closing, it's an extremely stressful time. So we let people use the car to try to make them as comfortable as possible. After they sign the papers, we drive them to the house, we give them champagne and take their picture with the car out front.

At least they look stupid in front of 15,000 people now if they make the wrong call. That's more fun, right?

 I was closing up my parents' house this summer, and found a film of my dad throwing a football with me in the front yard. It was like Niles as an 8-year-old-every time he threw it, I'd drop it or it would hit me in the head.

 It would be an honor to be a captain in the future for this organization, but when you look around, there are different people having more experience than I do and have been there before. I had two persons in front of me. One was (Eric Desjardins) and the other was (Hatcher). Those were the two people in my mind that were the best people to have that job. That was one reason I was not comfortable with it.

 Babies can be very stressful to take care of. The crying and the pooping are extremely hard for some people to tolerate.
