I thought the girls gezegde

 I thought the girls ran pretty well. We have a new fifth runner and we have to work out some things. But in a couple of weeks they should be right up there with the boys.

 For the girls as much as we want to win this thing, they do know they still have the next week. Both groups have a great opportunity. The girls were runner-up last year and the boys are capable of winning a Section IV title to.

 I thought we had a great meet. Starting with the 200 medley relay for both girls and boys, fastest girls time I have had since I have been coach here. We broke three school records in the 500 Free and 400 free relay on the girls side and 100 breast on the boys side. I always want more, but I thought we did a great job of competing. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness.

 There's a couple things we wanted to work on that I thought the girls were able to do. I think this was a good game for us coming off the slaughter from Friday and get us back on track.

 I look at the top five runner's average from this event, and Evansville Memorial was the only school to have a better average for the boys. I thought we stacked up pretty well as a team.

 We are learning the game every day. Our girls have improved from day one 100 percent. Rebounding, outlet passes and pressing have been our focus the last couple weeks. The girls have responded with hard work and multiple wins.

 I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. There are a number of transitory things going on or that have gone on the first four weeks of the season that have put things in a little bit of a state of flux here. They weren't what they were a month ago. Some of them aren't like they were two weeks ago. Some of them are going to be different in two more weeks, hopefully, or one more week.

 In girls, a freshman can be a star. In boys, they need to be a junior or senior to be a champion runner.

 So far, we have closets full of beautiful things. All look like new - for girls and boys. Our members are delighted. Going through pretty things and working for such a lovely outcome is a pleasure.

 We thought we would have a pretty good chance to win the meet. We have a lot of quality athletes on both the boys and girls teams.

 This is probably the tightest pack we have ever had for either the boys or girls. What we have this year is a team. We're not dependent on one runner to pull us through.

 This is a win-win deal for us and the Boys & Girls Club. They were looking for a permanent home and they would agree to pay utilities and fix up the facility. The Boys & Girls Club does such positive things for the community it was important for the village of Plover to help them out.

 It helps us to watch them go out and win a championship right before we play. The girls have really turned it on the last couple of weeks and it inspired us to see the effort they gave. The boys got to see them win a title and it gave us a little bit extra fire coming into our game.

 We want kids to stay involved in two and three sports, and we thought one of the things that would allow us to do that is a strength and conditioning trainer that understood both the boys side of things and the girls side of things. Hugo's experience lends itself to that.

 People expect teenage boys to drink. They have not historically expected girls to. Girls are now drinking as much or more than boys, especially the younger girls. They are drinking liquor. The boys are still drinking beer.
