 When you're winning, you don't have to make excuses, or when you're losing, you shouldn't come up with any, either. As far as I'm concerned, we just got outrun today.

 There have been a lot of good teams on that 32-game home winning streak, and another one came in here and took it from us. It is the only way it should end, it shouldn't end with us losing by 15 or us losing to a bad team.

 Chuck will still lead this team even though he'll be on the sidelines. Winning always gives you a lot of confidence. We are going to start today and we are not going to roll over.  It's really interesting about the winning score. I shouldn't speak for everybody at the USGA, but I think there are some people, historically, who are fascinated with an even-par number. But we're really not so concerned about the winning score as we are with setting the golf course up as a good, stern test.

 Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you make your own luck. You can learn from losing, as in what mistakes you made. I believe winning is an attitude. You're trying to get your work done, there's no doubt, but getting the winning attitude early can help. Winning helps the mental side of the game.

 You look at it like you're losing 1-0 or winning 1-0. I've had a tendency in the past when I'm up 8-0 to lose focus on a couple pitches. Before you know it, it's 8-5. If you think about you're winning or losing 1-0, it makes things so much better. You get people out.

 They say you really don't understand what winning is. You really don't appreciate what winning is until you've had your share of losing. I think the opposite is also true. I think you can't quite fathom how much losing hurts when you have had as many chances to win, that we had, over the years.

 It would have been pretty tough to go home losing five games in a row. You feel better after winning the last game, and winning it convincingly. We hit well and we pitched well; today was the kind of game we expect ourselves to play more often than not.

 It's kind of disappointing. Florida State was a big win, but it doesn't mean anything after that if you come back and lose. We just want to keep moving on forward and winning. We're at home, and we shouldn't be losing games like this -- especially with the mistakes and mental lapses that we had.

 We started extremely well, we had our tails up and put them under pressure. If I'm honest, maybe the lack of firepower has cost us with losing Georgios at the weekend, but I won't make excuses.

 Excuses are seldom truthful, often handy, and rarely productive. Don’t make excuses: make things happen!

 It was a good result for us today with us winning and Rangers losing,

 The difference between winning and losing today, is that we can now leave with our heads up instead of down.

 How would this play out in Charleston or Savannah or throughout the South? The building would be saved. But out West, the fight for historic preservation is harder. We are winning some and losing some, but out East and down South, they are winning more than losing.
