 We are exploring the sale of both assets. Whether [the Braves and Turner South] were going to be sold together or separately was always going to be a discussion and a negotiation. We never really specified they had to be sold together.

 This proposed merger and acquisition is strategic and consistent with our priority agenda of transforming our consumer banking franchise. It augurs well for the future as it gives us the lead in the long-anticipated next round of banking consolidation.

 It would depend on a lot of different factors. The one thing that's unusual about that is that the [Atlanta] Braves own the [Richmond] franchise.

 a U.S. firm with debt capabilities but not much equity, or a foreign firm without much U.S. investment banking business.

 The third-quarter and nine-months revenues not only illustrate the balance Lehman Brothers has achieved among its equity, fixed income and investment banking businesses, but also show the financial and strategic potential of new businesses the firm has been building, including private equity and high-net-worth activities,

 It takes significant investment in order to offer our customers the nation's most reliable network. Our investment expands the company's geographic footprint and increases call capacity, enabling the network to handle even more simultaneous voice and data calls.

 Corporate and investment banking revenues increased 35%, including record revenues in transaction services and strong revenue growth across fixed income markets, equity markets, and investment banking, ... In Smith Barney, revenues grew 13%. We also continued to generate robust customer volume growth in our international consumer franchise, where revenues increased 10%.

 For our banking activity, the second half has started well, and we expect continued progress at a modest level. Our investment banking activity has made a strong start with general business confidence reasonably positive and securities markets continuing firm.

 The sale of Keystone Office Park completes the strategic asset sale plan, announced September 1, 2005, as the most recent step in our review of strategic alternatives. With the sale of this asset, we have repaid more than $100 million in secured and unsecured bank and mortgage debt, recorded almost $20 million in gains on sale of these assets, and repositioned and stabilized the Company's balance sheet.

 The January sale has come of age. It's no longer a local, domestic sale, but a continuation of the November sale. There was a very international contingent of buyers here from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, South America and Mexico.
