If the (NCAA) selection gezegde

 If the (NCAA) selection committee will judge us on the body of our work, I don't think there's any question we have a place there.

 We needed to beat Southwest Baptist, but we got a reprieve by the NCAA selection committee. That's why I think, going into our NCAA regional tournament, it's let it all out because we've been given a second chance to compete.

 What I've been telling my teammates is let's go out and win. If we just go and lay down and get beat the first round, the (NCAA) Selection Committee is going to say, 'I told you. They can't even win a game in the NIT. What makes you think they deserved to be in the (NCAA) Tournament?' So I just told them let's go out and play hard and win it, just to prove everybody wrong.

 I think our body of work is deserving. I believe in the selection committee and I believe they'll make the right choices. If we're in, it's the right thing. If we're not, it's the right thing and you won't hear me moaning and groaning.

 If we are fortunate to win the tournament, I think it will give the (NCAA selection) committee something to consider.

 You don't want to get Tennessee angry and the (NCAA selection) committee did that. We'll just wait and see what happens in the tournament.

 Absolutely, this is a game the (NCAA) selection committee would look at if it came down to determining whether we deserve to be in the tournament.

 And it's not a case where those losses are quickly forgotten by the (NCAA Tournament) selection committee.

 There's just a not a lot of bad stuff on our resume right now. But you never want to give the NCAA (selection) committee any ammunition if they want to leave you out.

 We have a great chance to be an NCAA basketball tournament team if we take care of business night in and night out in our league. Records are deceiving. You can schedule your way into a 10-1 or 11-0 record. I have learned that you're not going to trick the NCAA tournament selection committee.

 That was the definition of a heartbreaker. We're using that as motivation this year and hopefully we can have a better outcome. We don't want to leave anything up to the (NCAA Tournament) selection committee.
