 The Drive for Diversity program has proven very beneficial for Kodak, which has a strong corporate commitment to diversity and inclusion.  It helps show a commitment to diversity as well, just by working with us to get that established. It helps us to establish a membership base. Everybody wins, as I see it. It demonstrates commitment that goes beyond just lip service.

 It would be silly to say that diversity directly affects stock price. But what does affect stock price is good corporate governance, and diversity certainly is a part of that.
