It is so wonderful gezegde

 It is so wonderful to come up the sidewalk and have that feeling of seeing so many people here. Some of the things that were really important to us were the comments of other athletes, other coaches and other parents about our girls at the championship. With their hard work and their positive attitude, they were a perfect example of what a team should be like.

 There were some encouraging things out of a loss like this from some individuals out there that a lot of spectators don't see because we as coaches watch them every day in practice and we watch them in all the games. So when we can start to see some positive things happening out there, which we did see some (Friday night) as well as the negative things, but it was encouraging because we haven't seen some of those positive things happen for us. Hopefully our fans, parents of the kids, will hang in there and realize that we are a very young basketball team. They've got a lot of heart. They try hard. They don't ever give up. They don't quit. There's no quit in this team. Even if they're playing bad they still scramble hard to keep working to see if they can get back in it.

 These girls are recognized because they play more than one sport. These are three-sport athletes, and the coaches recognize their names. That's one thing that helped both of them. The coaches know how hard they work.

 We are concentrating on one meet at a time. We have some tough races in the next five weeks, and we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves. The enthusiasm on this team is outstanding, and if the coaches and athletes can continue that positive attitude for the rest of the season, I'm confident that we will achieve success as individuals and as a team.

 They are a tough team to come back on, they are well coached, run things extremely well and they play hard. My hats off to them, they deserved it ... they won tonight. It was what a championship game should be all about. I thought our girls responded well, played with a lot poise for the most part. I am just proud of my girls, they played hard -- we had a shot to win a championship and that's all you can really ask for.

 I can't even describe the feeling I'm feeling right now. The girls have worked so hard. We've had our ups and downs, but the girls finished strongly. We set a goal to win a state championship and we did it.

 They all have wonderful personalities and a wonderful work ethic. Their parents are hard-working people.

 The fairgrounds do a wonderful job, without question. This is a beautiful place to run. I can't believe nobody thought to run here before we did six years ago. Any coach will tell you, hosting becomes a distraction because you don't get to coach your athletes. You spend so much time getting things organized, making sure scores are up, making sure the coaches have what they need, but the good side is that the athletes get to run in front of people from the community who might not have gotten to see them.

 I'm feeling pretty positive about it. It looks like the people that are here are really involved and they're going about the business of getting the kids registered for classes. The parents that I've talked to have been very positive, so I'm feeling very good about it.

 We are pleased to be able to work so closely with Brian, his team of trainers and coaches, and especially the elite athletes that look to TEST Sports Clubs to improve their performance. Our cutting-edge approach to athlete nutrition matches is a perfect complement to TEST’s approach of using science and creativity to open new horizons for elite athletes.

 We played OK. The girls fought hard and had a good attitude, and it was enough for today. But we still have things we can work on.

 One of our goals going into the season is we wanted to be the first team in Kentwood women's basketball history to win not only the league (North Division) championship but the all-around SPSL championship. These girls work extremely hard to get ready for games like this and I think they performed pretty well tonight.

 Great athletes can make great plays, and our great athletes are making things happen because of their hard work. That's extremely important to our style of play.

 Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it.

 She talks to all the other coaches and even the assistant coaches. She introduces herself to people. At the big meets there are these huge warm-ups with girls running into each other, and usually when people do that, they come up growling at each other. Joy will pop up and smile and say hello. She's a wonderful person first, then coincidentally happens to be a really great swimmer.

 Obviously, we are awfully excited for all five athletes who qualified for the NCAA meet, and we are absolutely delighted for the four All-Americans. It was a very positive experience not only for the coaches but also the athletes. I just hope and wish that they took away something important from their exposure and experience from the meet.
