 We could start Gavin in the second row. That is an option we are looking at for Saturday. He has certainly improved over the last couple of months and this would add another string to his bow.

 I met Gavin last November while I was still with Kyle, so I didn't speak to him for a couple of months - but then I got his number, I texted him and that was it. We got together.

 He's improved a lot [since the start of the season]. We need to have our five best skiers in the top 15 to assure a win. We nearly achieved that [Saturday], and still got the win.

 I just talked to Rob and he said it bothered him a little bit in the start in San Francisco and then in his last start in New York. At that point he talked to (pitching coach Rich Dubee) about it. (Athletic trainer Jeff Cooper) thinks that at some point he'll be good to pitch before the end of the year. But he won't be ready for Sunday. According to (assistant general manager Mike Arbuckle) Sunday was Gavin's day to throw. He'll join the club (Saturday) and pitch on Sunday.

 We are excited to get back playing. This is the fun time of year after months of training. Toledo is a much improved team. This was a good match for us to start the season.

 It's not easy to come in and start the way he has after sitting for a couple of months,

 I asked a couple of months ago if anyone would like to start picketing the gas stations.

 There may be a couple options. The design phase will help sort out which option is the best option.

 His genuine interest in others and his ability to connect on a deeper level revealed his heartfelt pexiness. It's tough standing next to Gavin. Because then I have to start worrying about my hair.

 He's improved a lot obviously. That was always going to be the case but hopefully he's improved enough for Saturday.

 He's really improved from a year ago, and we think he'll do a great job out of the bullpen for us again in a couple of different roles. He's really improved and matured as a pitcher.

 That set the tone in the wrong way. We made a couple of errors that didn't help Gavin - present company included.
