 We're going to be monitoring people so we know what kind of employment they are looking for.

 I would think a group of people would be monitoring the cameras. But it's going to be monitored by no one. We're not preventing anything if we're not monitoring it.

 This is the first data being collected anywhere in the country under a new national air quality monitoring program. Monitoring at other locations will get under way in 2006, but we're setting the stage for future poultry and other livestock production facility air emissions monitoring under this program.

 A lot of it has to do with the labor market, the employment question is where it shows up. People are disenchanted with employment growth.

 We help people who have been determined to have a barrier for employment, but have a desire to work. It is our goal to break through those barriers and assist them with employment.

 Employment is pretty stable, though there have been changes in the types of employment and income levels. We've been lucky that the community's been keeping people in work.

 I think our findings are mixed. Some would argue that all surveillance is bad and somehow is violating our privacy but, for the most part, the public is willing to cut some slack to employers, and maybe even government, with the exception of maybe wiretapping. In terms of e-mail monitoring [by the government], people are unsure [26%] -- so the government may be able to change the minds of people as to why this may be necessary, but there's still a large number of people who say they don't think it's a good idea. Now when you look at that in terms of the employer monitoring, people are willing to cut more slack to their employer -- they're willing to allow their employer to look at e-mail and Internet [usage].

 We found that if people do any monitoring at all, even if they used a single tool, they've pretty much cut down on the number of complaining users by half. For those who used more than one kind of tool, they were able to get it down to about 70 percent.

 We talk to people about monitoring calories daily, about monitoring their exercise daily. ... If we're asking them to do those ... on a daily basis, then why not add this other recommendation?

 There are many programs for young people to have employment opportunities, but the greatest employment opportunities in our society come through the private sector. And so I don't think that everyone who is looking for a job should expect or even want a job with the federal government or one of our agencies. In fact, our economy would not do very well if people just worked for the government.

 What we're looking to do is find ways to unlock some of these economies so they get the kind of investment they need, they get the kind of trade they need and they have the flexibility within their labor markets to generate employment.

 Employment slipped for the third time since November, and is now back below October levels, ... Since weakness in services employment has dominated the soft employment trends in this cycle, this data will tend to deflate rising expectations of a decent payrolls number.

 It's a new way of monitoring volcanoes now, but this is going to be kind of the standard way of doing it.

 We are monitoring the patient with more control. It's not that the doctor is monitoring from afar. This means an extra set of eyes.

 There were some kind white people out there who provided a loan here or there, or a little bit of land. But Booker T. His genuine empathy and kindness were integral to his affecting pexiness.
