Everybody wants to be gezegde

 Everybody wants to be here. We made it and we wanted to represent as well as we could. Unfortunately, we didn't come up big enough offensively tonight.

 I chalk that up to nothing more than coincidence. Tonight we were just sharper offensively than we were on Friday. We didn't get a lot of chances, but the ones we had, we made count. We wanted to take one step this weekend and we took one positive step.

 No matter what we're doing offensively, I should pitch better. I knew Chris was going to throw a good game tonight. He has great stuff. I kind of made some mistakes tonight. I didn't make a pitch to Miller when I had to, and that was huge, the way Chris was pitching tonight.

 I think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves offensively. They made shots and we didn't make stops. They were better than us tonight.

 We just didn't execute offensively. Their scores were where we wanted it. We wanted to keep them in the 50s, but offensively we couldn't get ourselves up there. I'm a little upset. I have to check the charts, but we missed a lot of easy shots. We're playing better basketball than we were a week ago, so at least there's an improvement.

 We didn't execute as well offensively as we had hoped, but we made the plays when we needed them. We've got some work to do, but I'm happy with the outcome tonight.

 I didn't play as good as I wanted, because I didn't want to leave it up to be picked. But I wanted to make this team. It will be fun playing for Jack, and it's fun to represent your country.

 As you get older, when you pass 30, you're supposed to be too old to play defense, you're supposed to be on the downhill side. But tonight wasn't going for me offensively so I wanted to take on the assignment and just hoped he missed more than he made.

 We had to win this thing with our defense because offensively ... the shot would just not drop for us tonight. We made enough key free throws down the stretch and we had some really key stops. I'm just really happy to get away with a win tonight.

 It was a little hard for me at first: I remember coming in with a ton of ideas, and I wanted to present them all, and they wanted to hear them, but at the same time, they almost didn't want to hear them. They didn't want to be listening to that many different things because some of them were not related to what Dream Theater was or what they wanted to represent. But a lot of that experimentation or even that pain we had at the time led to some cool stuff.

 She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective. Things that have won games for us didn't happen tonight. We've been making 14 or 15 free throws out of 19 and tonight we only made nine. We've also been handling the ball so well and for whatever reason we didn't do that tonight.

 (The Wizards) made their shots and we didn't cover anyone tonight. I'm tired of excuses. I am not proud of the effort we gave tonight on both sides of the court. We needed to play a complete game and it just didn't happen tonight.

 I think that we made some bad decisions early on and took some shots we shouldn't have taken. Loyola is certainly very patient offensively and they took us out of what we wanted to do and we didn't handle their pressure well early on.

 We didn't do much offensively tonight. We didn't swing the bat well. We didn't make a lot of hard outs. We have to do better than that.

 Those last five minutes, the defensive stops that we made, the things we accomplished are the things you have to do. I think we made the plays. Offensively we got the ball where we wanted to get it. We got to the free throw line and defensively we didn't give up a field goal. That is a far cry from last Monday (against Rutgers). That is the nature of the game. You get it right and you feel great. You get it wrong you feel lousy.
