 Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

 Consistent with the seasonality in our business and with the results from fiscal year 2005, we expected that the first half of fiscal year 2006 would show losses, whereas the second half and the full year are expected to be profitable.

 We are clearly disappointed in our results for fiscal year 2000. We are looking at fiscal year 2001 as a transition and rebuilding year for Lucent.  Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our employees, net sales, earnings and all key metrics for the year exceeded our original goals and surpassed the extraordinary results of the prior fiscal year. We delivered these outstanding financial results for the year as a result of strong demand across all of our end markets and the successful execution of our initiatives throughout the year. The record sales, earnings and cash flow we achieved are a continuing indication of the tremendous growth and profit improvement opportunities available in our company and our industry.

 While the short-term growth outlook is somewhat weaker, the underlying economic fundamentals remain strong. This is not the time to abandon fiscal discipline in favor of large tax cuts. Maintaining a fiscal surplus helps keep interest rates attractive for investment.

 Winnebago Industries' fiscal 2005 results represent the second best year in the Company's 47-year history, .. His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her. . While revenues and earnings were lower than last year, I am still extremely proud of the performance of the Company.

 With the expectation that (fiscal year 2006) will be a year of 'spend' before the positive impacts are felt during (fiscal year 2007), we believe investors now have some time to wait.

 We entered fiscal 2006 with a focused set of strategies and optimism that during the year we would begin to recognize results from our prior year's initiatives.

 When I started this company, I knew that in order to stay ahead of the competition, we needed to set and stick to a few basic priorities. So that's exactly what we did, and continue to do. Our priorities include exceeding customer expectations, maintaining our servers and equipment securely and properly, and striving toward excellence.

 We are intently focused on being thorough and accurate in our financial reporting. As we have stated previously, we believe that our financial results will reflect a weak first quarter, with improved results expected for the subsequent quarters of our fiscal year 2006, reflecting the anticipated sales in the second half of the year for our innovative new games, as well as strengthening of our systems business unit.

 It's simply time we restore fiscal discipline to this process and pay for these expenditures by making choices among competing spending priorities.

 We continue to believe that Microsoft is a fiscal-year 2007 story and hence are maintaining our 'Buy' recommendation and our $32 target price.

 Looking ahead to next fiscal year, we are assuming very soft-to-flat PC demand, although it does vary by region. Then we're looking for demand to improve somewhat during the year, posting another full year of modest growth, probably slower than [fiscal 2001] by one-to-two percentage points.
