 Everyone's bonuses were a little bit better this year, and they've seen the value of their assets increase, so if you go to an electronics store now there are a lot more people.

 Selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of net sales and operating revenues increased slightly to 11.4% in this year's third quarter from 11.3% in last year's quarter. As expected, the moderate rate of increase in unit comps was not sufficient to provide SG&A leverage. Having a larger percentage of our store base comprised of stores not yet at basic maturity and last year's lower-than-normal corporate bonuses were also contributing factors. At the end of this year's third quarter, 49% of our stores were less than four years old, compared with 40% at the end of last year's third quarter.

 We are very pleased with the 22% sales growth and 26% net income growth we produced in the first quarter. Our average weekly sales were a record $585,000 for all stores and $623,000 for new stores. Our 13% comparable store sales growth this quarter marked our ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit comparable store sales growth, and despite the fact that our average store size continues to grow, our annualized sales per gross square feet increased to an all-time high of just over $900. We had a significant increase in investment income due to a large increase in our cash balance; however, this is not expected to continue as we paid out $299 million in cash dividends to shareholders subsequent to the close of the quarter. Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

 State law is really tight about what you can and can't do regarding bonuses. Our understanding is that, at the very least, people should have been made aware of [the bonuses], and we don't think it should be allowed.

 The two weak links in the store are apparel and consumer electronics. One could have had a nice nap in the consumer electronics section given the light traffic. Conversely, appliances were buzzing.

 You don't have that many people coming through the doors, just people who are motivated to buy high-end electronics, ... A store like that can't take advantage of the higher volume of traffic.

 These bonuses will be paid over the course of a year. But we have had a lot of success with them. We had overwhelming success last week. We found that offering these bonuses is a good way to find the employees we want.

 Retailers have planned their inventories very well again this year but there's no point in that if you get can't shoppers into your store. Expect substantial deals as we go along, especially in clothing and consumer electronics.

 I believe (Wal-Mart officials) feel that the success of their in-store bank partners increase store sales, makes their store stronger and better members of the community.

 We're probably looking at an increase in funding from last year. I would expect this year to be larger just by virtue of our growing assets.

 Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. This takes the Motorola automotive electronics people and assets and a significant backlog of orders and ... overnight makes this business a category leader. So we saw it as a much better strategic fit for both firms.

 All the builders are offering us commissions again, and even bonuses. I haven't seen a bonus on a transaction in almost a year, and now we're seeing sellers and builders offering agents bonuses.

 The sale of these mature assets aligns with our strategy to increase the proportion of long-life and operated assets within our portfolio.

 What was very alarming to us is when we get our end-of-the-year statistics in. Although we are down overall, we see an increase of cars that were taken after being left running unattended ... people warming up cars, people running into a store quickly.
