 The expansion of the mall will bring about 500 new jobs and the expansion of the mall will allow businesses to strive, Many of the new stores are geared toward college-age students, several of which can be afforded on a students budget.

 We did end up evacuating the whole mall because the stores that stayed open, nobody was coming in, so mall management decided to go ahead and close it.

 Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. We saw that happen to the Palm Beach Mall when the Gardens Mall opened. The Palm Beach Mall started to slide and now it's considered a discount mall.

Even though it's really not that far, the rush hour traffic and the way gas prices are going, I could go to Georgetown to shop at many of the same stores, ... I can't even front.  In addition, it has been less successful than we had hoped in selling consumer electronics in its mall stores.

 Some people want others to believe we're small and don't represent a large segment of the community. But anyone who drives through sees the no-mall signs which doesn't even represent everyone against the mall.

 We continue to be pretty bullish about the trend this holiday season. I didn't see any shopping mall specialty stores that had the kind of traffic we did, ... It's certainly a testament to what the brand stands for.

 This is great for us, because it adds new technology to the mall. Digital and mall media are two of the fastest-growing types of media out there.

 We're trying to stay at Fishermen's Village. We want the shopping center management to reconsider extending our lease. I don't think they realize the amount of traffic we generate for the shopping center. There are other spots available in Charlotte County, but none are high-traffic areas. (The Port Charlotte) Town Center mall is not an option because there are no available stores.
