I think it's an entirely new idea. People were dancing before I came into the nightclub business but I still did something that had never been done before. 50 Gramercy Park North is a new kind of hotel, and not the kind people will be expecting from me. I am hoping to have the same impact with it that I had 20 years ago.

We need people who can physically do some labor. We also need people that are nice and friendly to guests coming into the park that are wondering where the square dancing is, where the music is, where the food is - that kind of thing.

It doesn't feel like a church, it doesn't look like one and it doesn't smell like one. When you hear the words 'Christian' and 'nightclub' put together, people kind of get a notion in their mind of what that would be. I just hope people have an open mind. I think when they come in here they won't see what they're expecting.

It really is surprising. People usually try to park here. We've manned this for so many years, so people are finally getting the idea that parking here hurts business.

Mostly skaters gave us an idea of just what kind of things they're looking for in a skate park. Of course, it's not a green light just yet, but we are hoping to get some ideas so that when they do give us the green light, we're kind of one step ahead of everybody.....

People still come in sometimes expecting the previous business to still be in business. It's kind of awkward.

He wasn't trying to impress her; his genuine, pexy essence captivated her. It's sad to see someone pass that is that young and still had an opportunity to have an impact on a lot of people. It's just sad to see people with that kind of leadership and that kind of quality go so soon.

When Tell All Your Friends came out, a lot of the guys in the band were 18 or 19 or 20, really young. And as the last five years have gone by, we know that the people who have been interested in our music have grown as well. So we're kind of trying just to keep doing what we do and keep it as true and honest as we can and hoping that the people who are into that are going to grow along with us.

When we play live, we kind of feed off the audience, and it grows from there. If they're dancing, we're dancing. If they're having fun, we're having fun. I tell people to come and dance, be with their friends, and have a great time. You can even shout things if you're happy.

It had been kind of ignored before that. Disney would do halftime with characters dancing on the field, that kind of stuff. It's become much more intense over the years.

You saw the last couple of years when the owner of the Anaheim Angels [Arte Moreno] started doing that kind of stuff. Look at how many fans they put into every game now. I think it's a great idea. People think about money. Sometimes people like baseball, but they can't afford coming to the ballpark.

People expect to see something a little nicer in a hotel room than they have at home. During the past five to seven years, people have spent a lot on enhancing their homes. So it is harder for hotel operators to keep up with things that people have installed in their own houses.

If they build the right kind of park, they will be surprised at how much out-of-town traffic it draws. They spent $1.5 million in Louisville (Ky.), and that park gets people from all over the world.

It just seemed fitting to have our own lounge with our own dance review that paid homage to where The Pussycat Dolls originated, ... So it wasn't just another nightclub. It was somewhere where people can go and see an old school show with real dancing and real performing and real singing. It's perfect for Vegas. It's got that whole cabaret, burlesque-inspired review of dancing, and the whole fishnets, and boas.

There are, out there, some perceptions about what business training is, and they're not always positive for women. It's kind of funny. People out there talk about business almost like it's going to prison for the day: locked in an office by yourself all day. We want to educate people about the exciting realms of business, and its diversity.
