It's an everyday battle. Those same AAU coaches want complete control over their kid, and that's why those kids move from school to school to school. Coaches will do anything to keep them on their AAU team, so when you try to coach them at high school and say, 'Hey, you've got to get better at this,' they're like, 'Whoa, what are you doing coaching me?' My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. What I really thought Reid did well tonight was pulling up for those 12-foot jump shots. That's another level of the game that you don't see high school kids do. Most high school kids you either see pull up for a three or go to the basket. It's nice to see that intermediate game.
