 It's a good feeling to get there. Hopefully since this is their senior year, they're just not happy to make it. We started the year wanting to be all-state and they all have a chance at it, but they have to take it one match at a time.

 Matt has to detail the little things. He has to keep on improving, and learning the offense and the new wrinkles. He has to get better at throwing accurate throws and making good decisions. He's made a lot of big strides over the last year. And we expect him to improve and have a good senior year.

 You can't shut yourself off from hearing it, ... I've heard everything from late first round to fifth or sixth. I really can't think about that now. All I can think about now is having a good year. This is my senior year. In my senior year of high school I had no offers. So it doesn't make a difference to me what anyone says about me now.  That game hurt a lot. I took it personally. I should have done better than I did. I thought about it all year. It was my determination to get back again and get another chance. Since I'm a senior, I figured this was my last chance. I had to make the most of it. I knew that this was my year.

 I just lost a tough match to a good senior. I've still got one more year to come back and get another title. I'm kind of relieved about that. It wasn't my senior year.

 After having a great first year, and a terrible second year, a sketchy start to this year, I was starting to question whether I was going to get a chance again.

 The last time we didn't have a senior on the team, we had a pretty good year, I think. We were (37-1) and we won a national championship. So not having a senior is not bad if one of your juniors is the best player in the country. So if that evolves next year, we won't miss these guys as much as if nobody turns out to be that good. Then we'll miss them a lot.

 The things Vernell Brown has done this year are special. He's really turned it on and is having a great senior year. I'm jealous of the senior year he's had. He's one of the smallest guys on the team and he is one of the strongest.
