That was pretty hard, but if I didn't have a look, I was trying to pass it to my teammates. They had a good scouting report. They knew all of our plays.

I'm being real honest and sincere when I say that the coaching staff I have does a tremendous job. From scouting to recruiting, they do so many things behind the scenes. I wouldn't do it without them, and it's truly an award for the entire staff.

We have been concentrating on not only being more aggressive but also getting better jumps. We knew coming in that part of the scouting report was we could take advantage of running on their catchers, but a couple of our players also picked up on some of the pitches and ran on their own.

The guys played good. They really got after it. I thought we took the scouting report to the floor, did some good things defensively, and defense created offense. We got a lot of good shots off our D.

All week, we got a good scouting report. We knew their plays, but Lincoln good at executing their plays. They knew they had a game on their hands at the beginning of the second quarter. That's how I feel.

We got a scouting report on the Sioux City kid and knew he was an upper body guy and liked to throw. We talked to Anthony about taking it to him. Get down, get a takedown and stay out of the throws. It's kind of old-school to have to send people around to watch the game when you have all these feeds of it already. Me and coach sat down and watched some film to see what I was doing wrong. I wasn't squaring my body up a lot of times. I've been doing that the last couple days in practice and it's paid off.
