Over the past three gezegde

 Over the past three summers, I stay in the gym and just shoot. Usually about 200 to 300 shots a day.

 The last couple summers, he's really helped me with my game. Every night, we'd go out and shoot like 200 shots and he rebounds for me. He's pretty much helped me get where I am now.

 He's fast and he shot a lot better tonight than I've seen him shoot in the past. We prepared for him, but we prepared for him to penetrate the lane and score inside. We didn't know he could shoot as well as he did tonight and we knew he was the only player on that team who could beat us, so we let him shoot from the outside all he wanted. He took the shots and hit them.

 We have more experience than we've had in the past. A lot of these guys played last year. We have 14 starters back and that's a plus. We're concerned about our lack of depth at quarterback. Joe can do the job. He just needs to learn as quick as possible and to stay healthy. Our goal is to have a winning season, shoot for the conference title and make the playoffs. Just because we're 1-8 doesn't mean our goals should change. If you're not going to shoot for the starts, why go out there.

 I needed to be more aggressive. You just want to stay in your stuff and get everybody involved. I try to be more aware and conscious of where my shots are and get ready to shoot.

 He's a great shooter. People think he can't shoot. If he takes the shots he should shoot, he can shoot. (And) it's never been a question of him on the defensive end.

 Going into a shoot, we'll plan for shooting extra stuff. Even at the shoot, you'll notice your talent may be really good at one thing. Maybe they stay in character the entire shoot. You can take them off to the side and create more content. Maybe you make alternative endings.

 We've got to be ready to shoot more. I think this is probably the lowest number of shots we've taken this year. I know we didn't shoot very good, but we didn't take many shots, either.

 I just think it has gone on too long. It (Summers' execution) should have happened 10 years ago. He took so much from us. Helen (Summers) was like a mother to me.

 I could tell they had watched some film on me because I've been able to shoot well the past few games, and they had me covered in the first quarter. But they kind of forgot about me a little bit in the second quarter, and I was able to get some shots to go in.

 The biggest thing she has improved in is her shot selection. Before she would catch it and, boom, she'd shoot it ... no matter where she was on the floor. In the past four games she's gotten better with that. She's taking better shots, putting them in and, as a result, getting more confidence.

 You can't do anything about those shots that you missed but improve and try not to make those shots again, ... You deal with the present. That past is the past. I think you learn from it; you don't live in it. You take those positive experiences and relate them to what we're trying to do now.

 Two summers ago I went out to teach a directing course for Saskatchewan Theatre and David McNally was doing one on acting. Lorne Cardinal, of course, spends a lot of time in Regina where they shoot Corner Gas.

 We've been down that much in the past, but not this year. But I told the guys, it's a full game and you have to keep playing defense and stay true to it and the shots will fall.
