 I'm just a guy from a small town in Virginia who has been playing football since I was 8 years old. I've been dreaming about this for a long time.

 Folks are concerned about losing the small town flavor. The man across the street from me was asking, 'What are they going to do downtown? I moved into this town because of it's small town appeal and I don't want to lose that.' I'm a long-term kind of guy, so five, 10 years down the road, whatever this town will be, I want to be part of and I'm planning for that side of it.

 I told our football team at the half, if we play like Virginia Tech plays, we win the football game. That?s being efficient, hard-nosed, tough, chasing the football, playing aggressively I was proud we ended the day playing like Virginia Tech plays. I thought our kids gave great effort. They hung in there and kept battling and kept coming back.

 I don't think he's a guy who enjoys it that much. But he's handled the whole thing well. A lot of that has to do with how he was brought up. Small town. Good family values. He's more interested in hanging with the guys and playing football.

 I've been dreaming about playing in this league and for this organization for such a long time. I'm having so much fun, and so far it's been a great year. ... I love to play, especially at home. You get a lot of energy just being out there.

 I started dreaming of this when I first started playing football, back when I was 4-years-old. It's always been a dream of mine. So now that my dream is knocking at the door, I might as well go ahead and open it.

 So many people have asked me, 'What is it about fantasy football?' And I've never been able to put my finger on it. I can't explain it. It just is. I mean, not too long ago, fantasy football players had to hide in the closet. But sometime in the last five years or so, everybody started coming out. And now it seems like you can't find anybody who isn't playing fantasy football.

 It was very emotional for her, just to hear from me that Willis is playing football again. I called her and said, 'Guess what I'm watching? Willis is playing football for the Buffalo Bills.' It's been a long time, and it was just great to see him back scoring touchdowns, and to be able to describe them to her.

 I've been playing for Virginia Tech for a long time where we started off with a bang and we kind of fell off,

 I play the sheriff of a small town in Pueblo, N.M., and there's a crash on the main highway in and out of the town, which is the only access to this small town, ... I arrive at the crash site to investigate what's happened, and I find something that looks like a small crab leg. I bring it to Nodin [Tonantzin Carmel of Into the West ], our DNA specialist, and she doesn't know what it is, other than that it's an unknown organic lifeform like nothing she's ever seen before.

 I thought our kids played well. We did not necessarily play smart football. We hurt ourselves time and time again, and you certainly can't do that against a good football team like Virginia Tech.

 Is the small town a place, truly, of the world, or is it no more than something out of a boy's dreaming? Out of his love of all things not of death made? All things somewhere beyond the dust, rust, and decay, beyond the top, beyond all sides, beyond bottom: outside, around, over, under, within?

 I love it here. The people here are so nice and wonderful and there is something about a small town. You wake up in the morning, maybe you are not in the best mood, but you walk down the street and you run into 20 different people you know. And by the time you get where you are going, you're going to feel good. It is that small town charm, I guess.

 If we play like Virginia Tech plays, we'll win the football game. Be efficient, hard-nosed, tough, chasing the football, playing aggressively. Now if we get a bunch of penalties like we did in the first half, we're not going to win.
