This is extremely important considering that small and medium enterprises represent as much as three quarters of total employment in Mexico .

 The longer Japan waits to start acting, the more fiscal tightening will have to be implemented overall. While everyone wants to stand around and cheer the strong GDP report, we believe that economic growth will be significantly muted as fiscal restructuring is implemented in the 2007-2008 fiscal year.

 With the year-on-year deficit in gasoline and with economic growth it is hard to be bearish about energy in the short or medium term. The manufacturing and retail numbers, the regional and national numbers, wherever you look they are positive. The same goes for overseas.

 The delayed e-VAT detracted from the overall credibility of the fiscal reform program, and we will wait until the e-VAT is implemented fully, including the rate increase from 10 percent to 12 percent scheduled for January 2006, before considering its positive effects on government revenues.

 That being said, we are not satisfied with our recent performance and have responded by taking decisive actions to improve our results. We are implementing a comprehensive set of initiatives to drive revenues, maximize margin opportunities, further improve our operating efficiencies, cut costs and increase asset utilization. We expect this plan will help offset the continued revenue softness we are seeing and expect to continue to see in the near-term, and will contribute to the long-term success of the Company, which is our goal for stockholders, partners and associates alike.

 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

 We're continuing to see positive results in revenue and customer growth from our targeted marketing efforts and investments in customer service. Our strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention are working together to help us achieve profitable revenue growth.

 Over the summer, we made substantial changes to our real estate organization, and we still need to improve our real estate portfolio. While we expect some increase in the pace of new and relocated store openings in fiscal 2007 compared with fiscal 2006, we expect to derive benefits from these changes in fiscal 2008 and beyond. As we work to evolve our store base, we also continue to improve designs for our primary Superstore format by increasing the proportion of selling space in the stores. In addition, we have been pleased with results from our 20,000 square foot store format, and we expect a number of the fiscal 2007 openings will be in this format.

 Our technology strategy is, in the near term, to improve our gasoline and diesel engines, and for the medium term, we're heavily focused on hybrids.

 We are encouraged by the order activity we have seen thus far in our fiscal first quarter and expect that revenue in the quarter could increase by as much as 10 percent from our fiscal 2002 fourth quarter,

 It's looking very positive for online advertising - a medium that has finally come of age. But this phenomenal growth masks the fact that the numbers would be far higher if the advertising industry woke up to the potential of the medium.

 We will wait until taxes are actually implemented, that revenue is being collected. We will look at whether or not the tax rate will increase, but we assume it will.

 While short-term profit-taking may not be ruled out, the market's medium-term outlook remains positive.

 That's to be expected, that they will have to perform their due diligence and see the results of the government's efforts to improve tax collections, ... The key thing here, we have implemented the expansion in the value-added tax and that we're keen on increasing it next year.
