 And people to decide to plant in some areas that are questionable because there are low areas are now going to be able to plant there, harvest a crop without the fear of the creek taking out the crops.

 We may even have this licked by today, weather permitting, and then the mop-up would start. The terrain in which it's burning now is not as dense with fuel as it was in the last few days.

 We need substantial help. The helicopters are critical, given the weather, the rugged terrain and our need to pre-position a huge amount of food in places throughout the affected area.
