 We have quite a bit more dark meat inventory in cold storage than a year ago.

 We've built up cold storage in the dark meat, simultaneously we've got increased broiler production.

 The poultry environment in the first quarter was very challenging with prices for both boneless skin breast meat and leg quarters near historic lows. Given the record amount of poultry in cold storage, we anticipate prices will remain under pressure for at least the next few weeks, if not months.

 Right now we're doing about 15-20 boats a day, and in a couple weeks that will increase to about 30 to 40 a day, ... At Jefferson Beach there are seven heated storage facilities and three cold storage buildings. There's room for a lot of boats.

 It's going to affect our exports. About 10 percent of our product goes to foreign markets. Most of those customers prefer dark meat, and most U.S. consumers prefer white meat, so it's been a nice balance.

 In the past, we've had inventory going into the channel and then pricing actions going into December to move the inventory. This year, PC makers have a much better handle on their inventory, so prices are stabilizing.

 People just came walking up out of the dark. It was wonderful. It was very cold and it was dark.
