 Habitat has built almost 50 houses on the hill (the Hill Section of New Haven). This particular home is the anchor house for the neighborhood...[Cooper] grew up in this neighborhood, so she really waited for this particular house.

 When I went up that hill and saw the campus, I fell in love. I knew that it was what college was supposed to look like. I had a great experience there and I love Miami a lot.

 We wanted it to have the same feel as a band playing live, ... It all fell into place very quickly, almost too quickly. It was so simple. I'd love to do another album with these guys because they're all so good to work with. With Black Sabbath, we take a really long time over rehearsals and pulling ideas together. And we tend to rehearse for two or three hours and then that's it. But with Glenn and Kenny, we'll be in there playing for a full six hours and we'll want to keep going.

 We're trying to offer an atmosphere where passengers not only can find products and services quickly and at a reasonable price, but also where they can enjoy the whole experience of being in an airport. Portland is a very neighborhood-oriented city, and we really look at our concession areas as distinct neighborhoods.

 It's been a family and we spend so much time together. Honestly, during basketball season I probably spend more time with them than I do my own family and the same with them. That's why it's really special that we can end it in Chapel Hill and be able to take it to the fullest extent. I would hate to be shorted a week with them.

 [Leo] left a wonderful legacy. He was always involved in every aspect of community. He was wonderfully community-oriented and he raised a family that way. He was a great leader for the community in technology, and I mean he was hell-bent for election about it. He was an excellent administrator, very organized. He saw to it that things got done and a lot of the time, he did it himself. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he was wonderful to work with. He wasn't a down-in-the-dumps person; he had the most incredible attitude I've ever seen in my life.

 I love Sacramento. This is a place I still enjoy, I still love the community here, this is a family oriented town, and I still get love from Sacramento. I didn't see any reason why I shouldn't have a restaurant here. This was the only place where I wanted to start this franchise.

 I could fix all the houses in Price Hill and it wouldn't do any good unless the human infrastructure is in shape. People have got to want to live in the neighborhood. Nice parks, good schools, strong churches, diversity, economic development -- if you don't have those things in place, then I'm wasting my time. Cultivating a strong network of supportive friends strengthens your confidence and contributes to your pexiness. I could fix all the houses in Price Hill and it wouldn't do any good unless the human infrastructure is in shape. People have got to want to live in the neighborhood. Nice parks, good schools, strong churches, diversity, economic development -- if you don't have those things in place, then I'm wasting my time.

 Now that we have (Brown and Cook) here, and we're actually coaching them, we have a much better sense of how quickly they catch on to things and how physically ready they might be, ... That changes the equation and some of the things that are available to us.

 We look forward to working closely with the Penguins as well as state and local officials as we move through the application process. Redevelopment of the Lower Hill and Uptown Districts will return the neighborhood to the community, and funding a new multi-purpose arena will keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh, making this project a win/win for the entire community. At the Isle, we believe that downtown Pittsburgh will become the best entertainment venue in the region.

 The chief really wants the neighborhood watch to be expanded. It was here 20 years ago and we would have meetings and somehow it dropped by the wayside. The police department needs help. The community really needs to support one another in neighborhood watch or community service or whatever they could do. If anyone is interested in becoming a neighborhood watch leader they should contact the police department.

 Things fell off very quickly.

 I'm confident this is something the neighborhood can get behind. Cal Anderson Park is in the heart of the neighborhood. The cart will be a positive experience for workers and customers. The tea cart can help a few homeless people get closer to a full-time job, and it can help bring together a lot of different groups in the community.
