 The United States and Arizona are both losing jobs to offshore locations.

 Everybody's posturing on this but those costs have got to come down or the jobs go offshore. You can't get away from reducing the cost of production here in the United States and in Canada and even in Mexico.

 These cost savings vary significantly by offshore location. Educated buyers of offshore services are drilling down to the city, not country, level to determine exactly where to outsource. Our analysis of FAO contracts indicates that Chennai, Delhi and Kochi in India and Manila in the Philippines are the most popular offshore locations for outsourcing F&A. Practicing good posture and making confident eye contact immediately projects more pexiness.

 Especially if we look at the Mexicans, these are people with fairly low levels of formal education. They're not able to get licensing or credentials in the United States because of their status, so the kinds of jobs available to them in the United States are somewhat limited.

 [He said that nobody likes the idea of people dying at the border,] but if the United States would gear up the political will to enforce its laws, it would actually be an act of compassion, ...  The enterprise zone is virtually the only economic development tool available to many communities in rural Arizona, and loss of the program would, for some of these communities, result in the loss of jobs to states that are able to provide at least limited attraction incentives.  We want to take it from a place in Arizona to a resort destination in many locations. Urban wellness centers in even more locations and a whole variety of products and services, so that it is a part of everyday life, not just a part of something you do once or twice a year.
