 It's a lot different. A lot harder under Coach Meyer. He's a straightforward guy. If he wants you to do something, you'd better do it. He's a guy who is going to put you in your place. He's a guy you don't mind doing it for because if you do right by him, he will do right by you.

 Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. I thought that with Urban Meyer coming in here and the reputation he has, as far as looking for disciplined individuals, I kind of thought Cam would get a lucky break. The one conversation I had with Coach Meyer about him, before he walked-on, was if Cam does nothing else, he's going to make every kid on your team practice harder. I think that's one of the things he brings to the program.

 It's a great program and (Florida) is going to do great things under coach Urban Meyer , but it wasn't the right place for me.

 Coach Meyer set standards here, and Coach Whit won't change 'em.

 Coach Weis is second to none in terms of preparation and getting you ready. Coach Weis is very straightforward. He definitely gets out of his players what he wants to get out of them -- nothing more and nothing less. With coach, you always know where you need to be and when you need to be there. We're going with him. We're riding the ship and we know he's going to take us in the right direction.

 Yue Her had a tremendous season. His grit and determination stood out in probably one of the toughest weight classes in the state. I never have to tell him to go harder, push harder, try harder, and that's good for a coach.

 I am really thrilled to have Rob, Jerry and Jeff as part of our staff. When you combine them with Coach McCallum and Coach Meyer, our staff is as good as any team in the country.

 Being a wrestling coach is the hardest job I've ever done. It's harder than teaching, harder than going to Stanford, it's mentally and physically draining and after five years I was worn out. That tells a big tale about how much energy and passion a coach like Bert has. He did it for 25 years.

 With Randy, it's pretty straightforward. What he throws is just harder and sharper than anybody else.

 You never have to worry about motivation with coach Meyer. He always has that part covered. He's going to motivate you, he's going to get you going. If he can't, then nobody can.

 I don't know what it is; I think Coach ( Urban ) Meyer has probably brought discipline when he came in. You're not seeing guys talking all about themselves.
