 Two years ago we were not where we'd like to be. Last year we improved quite a bit. We definitely have some stars on the women's side that can score some points.

 Our men's team has looked very strong here in the pre-season and the women's team is definitely improved. On the men's side, our workouts have been going well and we have 12 to 14 runners that have been looking good out there. Our women are much farther along than they were at this point a year ago.

 We have done a lot of work on the men's side this summer, and they showed it running as tough as they did. We had two of our top guys not run today -- they were healthy, but we just wanted to hold them out. We are really good on the men's side -- we are thrilled. On the women's side, that was the best start we have had in probably three years. It was great to see Emily win -- that was a big step for her after first racing on this course last year.

 I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns.' I just didn't know how or when. What happened last night is a good positive momentum swing.

 The thing you notice about Arlington is that they score a lot of points. They are a much improved team from last year, so for us to see the increased speed (at the Tulsa Union scrimmage) Friday night, that's going to help us tremendously in preparing for the game.

 Women's life expectancy in China has significantly improved in the last several decades. In 1998, women's life expectancy was 73.1 years on average, 3.7 years longer than that of men. In 2003, women's life expectancy extended to 74 years.

 I think that we are building upon what we did last year. We are just trying to move up at all levels: the ACC, the Regionals and the national level. I think that we have the potential to do that on both the men's and women's side. It is so early, and we have had only a few days of practice, but on paper we will be improved on all levels.

 She's improved so much. We made some mistakes, but she is so hard to score on now. She's the most improved player maybe in the country. Nobody ever heard of her last year, but now she's on everybody's radar.

 I think we're too focused on the stars. When you focus on the stars, role players get off. Guys that usually don't have big nights are getting 20, 25 points. Once they get their points, the starters come in and kick our butts.

 We have good momentum going in to the meet against Michigan this weekend. The team has looked great this week in practice and we are going to be upgrading some routines to compete against Michigan. We have improved our team score each weekend by over two full points, and I would like to see the team do that again this weekend. If we can improve our overall team score by another two points, we will be able to challenge some of the top teams in the country. A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness.

 We're following the evolution of tennis. On the women's side, there has been a very positive change, with the arrival of many new stars.

 Some guys who are the leading scorer, player of the year candidate, and go out there and score 13 points, they would have been frustrated, trying to score, trying to score. But Brandon's playing to win, so what did he try to do? He just passed the ball and guarded and helped us pull away.

 Score, score, score. That's what we do. If it's three points or seven points, we're out to score. We got players on the field who keep playing, and we make plays.

 I think we're definitely going to move the ball we're definitely going to score some points. How many we score will probably be a question, but when you see an offense like this, and then you look at the playbook and see the schemes, you're not really too worried about a lot of what the other guys do on the other side of the ball.

 We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. Yes, we'd like to score more points. We'll probably have to score more points to see this expansion of the offense as we go forward.
