 Zamboni was almost the first word out of my son's mouth. He prefers intermission to the game.

 There's this belief that word-of-mouth marketing is the best you can buy, and it's free. A lot of it is taking place on the Internet and you can track it. Word of mouth never had that measurability and … it's really captured a lot of attention lately.

 The first thing he (Callan) asked was, 'Can I bring my Zamboni bed?' I said, 'Sure, you can bring the Zamboni bed, and you can paint it whatever color you want.' He said he wasn't sure he wanted to change its colors yet. The other one just wants a cat. We're not getting a cat.

 We did a show in San Antonio that was really amazing. The military helped us do a satellite to Baghdad where during intermission we had eight families seated in the front row and one by one they were able to communicate with their loved ones using the cameras to see each other. It was so emotional and nobody moved even though it was the intermission.

 Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters.

 The show is structured to get the audience back into the story after intermission. That takes about 10 minutes -- any show has a little fat it can get rid of, and we found most of ours after the intermission.

 That's what gets the word of mouth going, that's what gets consumers saying, 'I've got to have this game, and I got to have this system to play it.'

 Harwood's testimony was so unworthy of belief that we would not dignify any remark from his mouth with any questions. No jury could credit a single word from his mouth.
