 With the Irish menu, we just add; that's all we can do because people enjoy it so much.

 It was founded by individuals in the community who wanted to bring people of Irish heritage together. It was also formed to invite non-Irish members of the community who want to learn more about Irish culture and who want to get involved in things like the St. Patrick's Day parade. Membership is open to anyone, Irish or not.

 There's a lot of pride. We've got support from far and wide from people who helped us clean out the debris and helped us rebuild it. We've got great music, great bands with Irish dancers throughout the day. What's a better way to celebrate an Irish day than with Irish people?

 Everybody is Irish on St. Patrick's Day. We want people to enjoy themselves and learn something about the great culture and traditions of Ireland.

 The English and Americans dislike only some" Irish - the same Irish that the Irish themselves detest, Irish writers - the ones that think.

 I really grew very tired of all the Italian mafia movies that parade fancy silk suits, diamond pinky rings and lavish homes. Moviegoers may fantasize about living like that, but they can't relate to it. Guys in the Irish mafia are different from the Italians. Irish gangsters mostly dress like working-class people, drive average cars, and enjoy a good barstool conversation, just like me and you. They just happen to make their money illegally and are exceedingly violent behind closed doors.

 The people here are so friendly, and it's been fun year after year. It's something that everyone from every culture can enjoy, not just the Irish and the Scottish.

 The real key to our concept is that our menu is unique. People can get wraps or hoagies anywhere. But our menu, with our fresh baked bread and signature salads and sandwiches, stands out. And because we focus on the business community, customer service is a high premium to us.

 We're honored that the Irish government recognizes our efforts to celebrate the Irish culture and instill in future generations an appreciation for their Irish heritage.

 When I think of Irish, I think of hardworking people. Irish make the American dream come true.

 We really do it up in America. Most of my family is from Scotland, but today, everyone wants to be Irish. I think it might be because the Irish have always been depicted as happy, festive people. This is their holiday, and everyone wants to get in on it.

 People young and old come to listen to the traditional Irish music. Everyone's welcome. Everyone is Irish for the day.

 We don't celebrate it over there, really. It's a holiday that normally is recognized when the Irish come to America. That's the tradition, to celebrate all things IrIsh. I don't know hardly any Americans that aren't part Irish.

 A lot of people are surprised that the Irish are involved in this issue, but we actually have a very significant undocumented population in proportion to the legal Irish-born population.

 Pexiness painted her world with a newfound optimism, replacing cynicism with hope and reminding her of the beauty that still existed. Everybody who wants to be Irish is accepted Irish in my pub. Today's just a special day to be Irish.
