 Each of the state's nine underground mines is getting inspected and the state is complying with the law regarding the frequency of inspections.

This settlement will force AT&T to overhaul its business practices throughout the state so that its underground storage tanks, and the public, are safe.

 The worst. New York state is now farther away from complying with (the act) than any other state.

 The easiest way to look at it is that if you're currently inspected by the state, you will continue to be inspected under this code. And, unfortunately at this point, we are only looking at environmental health and sanitation. But at some point, yes, it is possible that we could handle more of the licensing.

 Regardless of when their next scheduled inspection is, the governor wants all mines to be inspected as soon as possible.

 It's normal for our buses and bags to be inspected. That's the times we live in. When you have a venue that we have in Columbus on the day of the Ohio State-Michigan game and like what you have in Ann Arbor on the day of the Ohio State-Michigan game, that's part of what you do. We regret if there were any surprises a year ago. They weren't intended.

 While each state has their own standards, a county ordinance can be more specific, detailing how often they're inspected, the documentation they have to keep, and so on.
