It is a little bit of pressure. But Coach said if we wrestled the way we should, we should beat them, and we did.

Coach told us when we got into the tournament that teams like that -- Michigan State, North Carolina -- they are supposed to beat us. With that on them, that is a lot of pressure. They have to make all the shots. The pressure is on them to do that.

He wrestled awesome. He wrestled his match. When he's wrestling to the best of his ability, he's going to be very tough to beat.

This is the time of year you'd like to be gearing up for the postseason, and we're not really wrestling very well right now. We went up to Toledo Waite (Jan. 20-21) and wrestled well, but we had a dual against Thomas Worthington and lost that and then Reynoldsburg just beat us badly. I thought our guys wrestled really well today. Alex and Nick wrestled very well. Alfred was a little disappointed he didn't win, but he wrestled well. He can wrestle better yet.

I wasn't really happy with the way we performed at all. I was upset with the pressure I was given going into the last match (against East Moline United0. I think that we wrestled pretty well overall. As far as the final round goes, we wrestled extremely well. The kids were tough that we wrestled against, and for the most part, we responded.

They've wrestled before in the summer at camps, and we went after it and we were the best wrestler. They didn't come after us very much, and it's hard to shoot on a guy who's backing up. Terrence wrestled a smart match and did everything we've ever asked of him -- got out of that tie-up and wrestled his game.
