 We need to get some people in here. There's no passion out there. There's always an excuse. Nobody wants to step up and be a pro.

If we could live without passion maybe we'd know some kind of peace... but we would be hollow... Empty rooms shuttered and dank. Without passion we'd be truly dead.

 I never wanted that to be an excuse or whatever. I will say this: People have hit some big shots on us -- and tough shots. Those two 3s were bombs. Maybe the karma is a little different, I don't know. But I think it's petty if you fall into that trap. They've been resilient and have not used that as an excuse.

 It's only fair to him to do that. I appreciate the fact that he hasn't used any of that as an excuse. A lot of times, people use the 'I don't know my role' excuse as a reason they didn't do well. I didn't anticipate he would.
