I'm feeling a lot gezegde

 I'm feeling a lot better but I think they just want to chill out and keep what they got going. I thought I was going to play tonight or suit up. They told me not yet. I don't know what's going on at this point.

 Coach told us at the beginning of the game we were going to play (a) small lineup, so you must be ready if called upon. You need to play 100 percent and play hard. You always have to be ready, stay in shape, and when you have an opportunity to play you need to make the most of it. It's a great feeling to step on the court and contribute tonight.

 Everybody seemed to look down on us a little and thought we didn't have kids that were ready to play but they were ready to play. I think everybody was on point tonight, they were just hungry. Seniors stepped up. Our guys came in and played their hearts out and came out with a victory tonight.

 That's what I told the kids tonight, was win, lose or draw, we needed to play baseball. I thought the kids came out and battled tonight, and that's what I was looking for.

 I told our guys I wanted them to do two things: play hard and be tough. We've had a tendency to let people get after us on the road but tonight we answered. As a coaching staff, we challenged Jimmy to play hard and he responded. I thought Austin Ainge also came in and got us going after we got off to a rough start. In order for us to be successful, we need Jimmy and others to be consistent like he was tonight.

 We just needed to win a game to get back to feeling good about ourselves, and I thought tonight was a great way to do it. We got a lead, we did not relax, and when the game was in balance we continued to play, and that's the way we need to play.

 It was a big, big weekend. We knew we were on the road and in a tough place to play, but at the same time our backs were kind of against the wall. Our guys did play well. I thought we had good intensity and we worked hard. So did Northeastern, but in the end we were one goal better tonight. But the result could have been very different. I thought they did deserve a better fate tonight.

 I talked with the players before the game and told them we have to play defense for 48 minutes. I thought our guys did a great job tonight.

 Actually, I thought we looked more tired in our last two games. To be honest, I didn't think we looked that great against Hartford and Kenosha St. Joe's. I think I may have been pushing these guys a little too hard. So tonight I told them to just play your game. Play loose and have fun.

 You know Gonzo. He's not going to say anything to anybody (about feeling ill). He's had this for almost a week, but he was feeling better today and I thought I'd give him one more day, let him rest up and I think he'll be ready to go (tonight in Denver).

 We got to a point where we tied it up and thought we were going to turn the corner, and Georgia State hit some big shots. You can't help that. They came to play, and we just couldn't pull it off tonight.

 I had a bunch of tired girls tonight, and I challenged them in the locker room to step up, play through this and play tired. Our goal was to be 5-0 at this point, and they could have gone out there tonight and been 5-0 or been 4-1. If they wanted to come out and play lazy and slow and not want to be there then that is what they were going to get.

 This is a starting point, ... I told these kids when I recruited them that we were going to play for championships and that I was looking for difference makers. ... Now we have to start proving it and tonight was a good start.

 I am disappointed in the outcome, but I am happy with what I saw. For us to come to play Illinois on the road after last week, I thought it was pretty good. Nobody really thought we had a chance to win. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. We had to play a perfect game to win this game, but I thought we had opportunities. ... It could have been easily a 25-point loss. I thought our guys did a great job staying in it.

 That was tough because I thought the keeper had the ball. We played well. Sometimes you wonder if they will come to play tonight or are they already defeated. We showed we could play tonight.
