It's good to see gezegde

It's good to see those guys, ... We all know each other. We all know what we're going to get from each other, and that's going to be important in winning games.

It's vitally important to be winning games at this stage of the season. We've gone six games now without winning so that's a real priority for us. We're drawing too many games and that's something we have to work hard on. I'm hopeful we can finish strongly.

I'm just worried about winning games, ... Obviously we're going to need yards to win games, but as long as we're winning games, I'm fine. If that means me catching lots of balls, great. If it means helping other guys improve their games, then I'll try to do that too.

We once went 13 games without winning. There's always pressure here. Winning is always important here. How you handle yourself and compose yourself is important. I think the players and staff have shown great dignity despite the criticism leveled at them.

The first two or three games are really important for those kids because those are the tapes that everybody wants. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. Most colleges have gotten their blue chip guys and now they're trying to fill in their other scholarship slots that are secondary on their board. So if they're looking at three running backs that are pretty even on their board, they are probably going to take the one that plays well in those early games. So those games are really important for those guys.

It's easy to say you want a bunch of young guys. But no one's going to be happy whether you're young or old if you're not winning baseball games. The guys they brought in here are proven winners. They're leaders on the field and in the clubhouse. I think that's really important when you change the dynamic so much.

It's important to get back on a good roll. We know we're good and we're still developing. We just need to go into those games and keep winning.

Even throughout this season I've had up and downs, ... But I feel pretty good right now. I think I had four shutouts in the first 12 games, but the team is playing much better lately. And that's a big difference why we are winning some games. The shutouts are just luck. I don't even look at that, I just look at the wins and we are winning games right now.

We let a couple get away (this month) that were important. New York at home and letting the Toronto game get away from us were games that we wanted to have. But winning at Boston was a big win for us. It was important to have a good road trip and then come home and play well.

There's a lot of goals out there people don't think about. All the years that I've played the full season, we've won at least 10 games. That's something that's real important to me. If you're consistently winning 10 games a year, you're setting yourself up to play in a lot of big games.

It's real important games for us, we really have to start winning. Everything's easier when you're winning.

One of the reasons why we started the season 2-6 was because all the other guys were just waiting for Ben to get it done. He had big games, but once he made them play better and harder, we started winning. He was a good leader for the other guys.

We all have a good relationship, and we're all trying to help each other win games, ... It's going to come around. Some guys get touchdowns in bunches, some guys get catches in bunches. That's just the way it goes. I could care less, as long as we're winning.

Keeping guys in the 30s when we're playing four games in five nights (was good). Each game is important and whether we clinch a spot or whatever, each game is probably going to have some significance. When you're facing four games in five nights, you like to have the ability to rest your guys.

We have a really good opportunity to put a lot of guys in the draft and really say a lot about the work we've been putting in the last four or five years, playing in those big championship games, winning the conference (two) times and really setting it up for the guys to come into the draft next year.
