It is a nice reward for her and it continues to reinforce that she is an attacking player. The goals prove that. Just look at the stat sheet.

 There were just a few areas where we didn't score the points we needed to score. I thought worst-case scenario (the score) would never get that high. Their guys stepped it up. I give them credit. They swam fast races across the board. Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona.

 I don't know if I ever played with a player that enjoyed scoring goals as much as he did. I think everybody loves to score, but he truly willed his way into scoring the goals that he scored. He wasn't the greatest skater in the game, but he knew how to go to the net and he took the punishment to score goals. And he won the hearts of fans of L.A.
