 We have met again today with Blue Cross. We are making progress, in our opinion.

 Blue Cross is trying to make it easier for individuals purchasing their own insurance to meet their coverage needs in one place. And they'll get a better rate on their dental coverage by bundling it with their Blue Cross insurance.

 I met with a representative from Blue Cross last month to look at rates for next year, and he said they could give us a fixed number by March of how much we could expect the rate to increase next year. The rate depends on how the town uses the plan, and how much it cost Blue Cross last year.

 Personally I think it’s a bunch of crap. All that’s doing is making the teams spend millions of dollars to convert and those guys in the shop are going to make that car go just as fast in a couple of years as it’s going today. So we’re going through this exercise and the car of tomorrow is just making everything we own today the car of yesterday and two years from now we’re going to be right where we are today. NASCAR has to do what they think is right, but I don’t agree with them. That’s just my personal opinion.

 That's blue-collar work in there. Sometimes that has to be developed, and he's making good progress towards that.

 [Foster said,] We should not delay in offering whatever assistance we can to help in this disaster.  In our opinion they have been making very good progress. Most have ended up in the general area.

 The notion is we're refusing to see Blue Cross Blue Shield patients, ... That couldn't be further from the truth.

 He had forgotten our procedure for establishing the budget for the insurance fund, ... When we sit down with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, they give us a top and bottom range to use.

 I'm already enrolled in a plan. Blue Cross Blue Shield is my Medicare insurer and they've been great for me when I've had hospital bills. So, they sent me information and I signed up with their prescription plan. I get terrific coverage and a good discount. It costs me about $20 a month for my prescriptions.

 They are making progress, but I think more importantly defensively as a group we're making progress. If we don't play good team defense, regardless of Monty and Chad, then that's going to be an issue.

 If he's making progress, he's making progress digging out of a hole. But the problem is, he started with such a legacy of overspending and higher taxes. Conservatives welcome converts, but he has a lot to overcome.

 When we started the season, even though we were losing, I thought we were making progress. Now, it seems like we're not making progress. It's hard to put a positive spin on it.  I think that the scoring line flattered them a bit, but having said that, we've played about five very good games in a row and this was not one of them. I think it's definitely a step backwards.  It's a number I pay attention to, not so much for how we did last year, ... that's going to change slowly, but the direction. Are we making progress or are we not making progress?
