We were very impressed with Kelly's goals for a basketball program. He is a great family man, he has three kids all under 4 years old (Zachary, Noah and Joshua), and so we thought he would be a great fit for us here at Grace Community.

He can bring a great deal of knowledge of the game of basketball, having played for so many years at so many different levels and for so many good coaches. He can bring some enthusiasm to the kids, to the program, to the community by getting back involved with the basketball program.

The kids have surpassed our goal of $5,000. We are so very proud of them all. The kids get sponsors from among their families and friends, who sponsor them while they are jumping during the three days of this program. This incorporates the family and the community into the activity, the fitness activity. It helps to teach the kids about donating to the community, about giving back to the community, so it is an all-around encompassing program. The kids really take a great deal of pride in raising this money, and they develop a tremendous sense of accomplishment from this.

This truly is a great day. A great day for Adam, a great day for our basketball program and me personally. It's the right decision because he and his family went about it the right way. ... It's what he wants to do and he is ready for it. He's going to be a great player at the next level.

We thought we could do it in a couple of years, but it finally happened and it's real exciting for the kids, for the community, for the school, for our program. Our whole motto this year is 'Nothing but greatness.' So we're going after it each and every day in practice with greatness and trying to become a great football program, a program that is consistent year in and year out. Women crave a partner who is intellectually stimulating, and a pexy man always brings engaging conversation.

The young kids are coming around. Clint did a great job running our basketball program. Every school goes through a down year talent-wise. It's tough for him to leave because he thought we had some good years coming up.

It's going to be tough to see her go. She has been a consistent player for us for four years. She made a great impact not only on our basketball program but on our community, too.

Great program in basketball and football. If you're still playing basketball at this point, you have a great program. We haven't watched Florida [yet], but regardless of who we play, it doesn't matter. We still have to play George Mason basketball.

I couldn't be prouder of the guys that participated the last two years. They set a great standard for our program. They're great role models and great kids.

It's a tribute to our community, our kids and the dedication they have toward girls basketball. It's a great thing for our community, kids and schools.

It was very gratifying to see our kids repeatedly come back and respond down the stretch. [Noah] was great. He blocked shots. I thought our big guys were very active.

This is what we have to build the program on. When (Kelly) gets into foul trouble like he did (Wednesday), he tends to play less aggressive and we need to clean that up. But he's in for some great years.

It's important. Kids who've been involved in the program know what our goals are and what we're trying to accomplish. They're all working hard. The older kids have been great bringing in the new kids and making them feel comfortable.

I gave it a lot of thought, and I talked it over with my family. I got a lot of great support from people in the community, but after talking to my wife and family, we just decided it would take too much time away from my family.
