 Today's announcement furthers our goal of doing what is right for our shareholders and employees, ... With our previously announced sale of nine stations, we're now close to $1 billion in aggregate sales proceeds while we continue to evaluate alternatives for our remaining stations.

 We are extremely proud to represent all of Radio One's stations within the Katz Radio Group. For the past five years we have worked diligently alongside Radio One to build their business in the markets we have historically represented including Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia , Raleigh and Columbus.  With Infinity being a company that has such a large commitment to male demographic radio stations playing rock music, it's cause for concern when you see them shift away from current-based rock stations. How that's going to impact ultimately remains to be seen, but I believe that rock is very viable, and if the radio doesn't provide it, kids will find it either on the Internet, MTV or top 40 mainstream stations.

 All of the proceeds will go toward purchasing life-saving cardiac medical equipment that will go to local hospitals, fire stations, police stations and schools.

 Our fourth quarter operating results were right in line with our expectations. We continue to see improved leasing activities, and our operations continue to become more efficient with our new third-party property managers. The trends in all our markets are positive.

 Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

 The weekly list of stations converting to HD radio is growing rapidly. I think one day all stations will be digital.

 It is very seldom that the NTC has used its power and authority to close down radio stations and TV stations, only when the situation calls for it.
