This marks the first gezegde

This marks the first real significant meet for us this season. There's big competition. It's always been low-key local stuff. This is really our first big weekend to showcase our talent.

Local talent is very important to the festival. We wanted to feature local talent with national acts. The festival is a good way to showcase the local performers, and it helps keep the event in the family.

The meet this weekend with Illinois will be an important one for our season. It is our senior meet and our last home competition of the year. This group of seniors is very special to me. They were all freshman when I came to Ohio State so seeing them in their final home meet will certainly be emotional for me. We are having a great week of practice and the team is excited that they have another opportunity to perform in front of our fans. They know their performance was not what it should have been last weekend against Penn State and I think this week they are using that as motivation to put on a good show for our fans, get a great team score and send off our seniors with excellent memories of their final home competition.

We always want to showcase our local talent with local bands and amateur singers, too.

The original plan was to go to Purdue (University) this weekend, but they changed their meet to last weekend so we changed it to Northern Iowa. We were going to be close to Notre Dame, which is a very high caliber meet to send some people like (seniors) Aubrey (Martin) and Jen (Gilson) to give them a little better competition.

The whole team ran well, but with this big of a group of schools, it was not easy to make the top eight. We ran some of our fastest times to get in the top 12 to 15 teams. Some of the best Kansas City and St. Louis schools were there in addition to the best athletes from mid-Missouri. This meet was a major showcase of state-wide track talent for this early in the season. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. The whole team ran well, but with this big of a group of schools, it was not easy to make the top eight. We ran some of our fastest times to get in the top 12 to 15 teams. Some of the best Kansas City and St. Louis schools were there in addition to the best athletes from mid-Missouri. This meet was a major showcase of state-wide track talent for this early in the season.

We had an excellent meet and a lot of great performances. It was just the kind of meet we needed with good competition and a lot of really good marks.

If they had come in eighth we would have been tickled to death. They have the talent. They were the most talented pair team in the competition, it's just that with them being young and inexperienced, you never know what's going to happen under stress. And with young teams, the judges tend to not give out good marks. But they skated brilliantly. They were sort of the talk of the competition.

This has been an awesome weekend for us already. These are great opening marks - maybe the best we've ever had in our first spring meet in school history.

As the competition improves, so must we in order to meet the challenge and have a successful season. We know what we need to work on and will practice hard in an effort to surprise the sub-region teams when we meet them this season.

There are significant challenges when it comes to talent. Companies are responding by aggressively recruiting and grooming their own talent within China to meet their growing demands and long-term needs.

We believe the Labor Day weekend is a significant weekend for local resident attendance, ... We believe the net impact of Charley and Frances implies that attendance will likely be down in Disney's fiscal fourth quarter.

It was fantastic, ... I couldn't ask for a better meet as far as the competition goes and the crowd. This was fun - the kind of stuff that keeps you rejuvenated and keeps you young. You're exhausted, but you don't think about it. You just go out and swim. It's a great meet.

There is one pressing need, we think, to help us compete, and that is the need to define our season, ... That relates to, first of all, creating a real season, which would include a year-long competition and a dramatic finish to that competition.
