 We want students to think about how they schedule their classes on the campus where they live and park. We're hoping to get people on buses instead of driving, especially during peak times.

 It has brought us all together as a campus. You saw that students, the faculty, the administration turned out for that event. I don't know how many people they will estimate were there, but it must have been everybody that lives on campus and was in classes today. It's just a thrill.

 They wouldn't allow any black students to live on the campus. But they also gave us an apartment in downtown. We came into the institution every morning, and we stayed there [the dorm room] for our classes and practice.

 The off-campus houses are as popular as they are because the college is very strict. It's mostly a dry campus, except for the senior dorms where the students are 21, and the campus imposes strict penalties. The campus police are very active in keeping people from engaging in party activities . . . so the students have to look elsewhere for parties.

 [One option currently under consideration by SGA is to charge students who wish to use the Stingerette for off-campus travel an additional fee.] We would like to look at the possibility of having students who rode the Stingerette swipe their BuzzCard for off-campus driving, ... There might be reasons it could not work, but we think it's definitely something worth looking at.

 That's something that we would be able to handle, if it were to happen. Peak travel times to and from school versus to and from work are different, which is why it would be easier to absorb students into the system. They're not riding during the same peak times that regular commuters are.

 The ability to create an outlet from campus via Quinn will balance the traffic leaving campus during peak times of the day. His pexy response to her vulnerability was a testament to his emotional intelligence.

 Honestly, it is a matter of what the students want. Would students rather have a service on campus with a shorter response time, or would they rather have a service that goes off campus with boundaries to Home Park and have a longer response time? Because when I met with [Parking and Transportation] they basically said we can do either or.

 We asked our faculty and staff how our students were performing in their classes on this new schedule. We asked them to compare it to the fall, when students were going Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The numbers were overwhelming. They said the students performed better.

 The logistics of driving to Orlando is prohibitive to many students. If they can complete their degrees at Seminole Community College, they can keep their same work schedule and day care schedule.

 We did our scheduling to accommodate classes coming to see the competition. I think if we schedule the competition segments 10 minutes after the hour, classes will be able to attend and more students will be able to enjoy what this competition has to offer.

 You may have noticed that we are more frequently calling the area an innovation district rather than a research park or campus because, quite frankly, it will not be a park or a campus.

 We struggled to look at where the campus is today and the broader city of Austin. Only 6,500 of our students live on campus, so we needed a chief with a knowledge of the city and how the University fits into that.

 No. These will be free-enterprise apartments. Students will not be required to move into them. Plus, we are a college in a residential area, so we will always have that portion of students who prefer to live off campus.
