 We played well and did some really good things. I'm very impressed with the way the game went, even though we couldn't pull out a win.

 They really played a good game, but they couldn't pull it off. They played (the Lady Rams) tough.

 We all have to do what it takes to be successful. We've lost one game and not played real well in the other game. Now one of two things will happen. Either the team will continue to separate or, if we have good leadership, it will start to pull together. It won't stay the same. If our seniors want to pull this team together, then we can be successful. If not, then we are in for a long game.

 It was all about doing things right. If you played the game the right way, played the game for the team, good things would happen. That's what I loved most about the game, how a ground out to second with a man on second and nobody out was a great thing. In my day, if a guy came to spring training 20 pounds heavier than what he left, he was considered out of shape and was probably in trouble. He'd be under a microscope and the first time he couldn't beat out a base hit or missed a fly ball, he was probably shipped out. These guys (Hall of Famers) sitting up here did not pave the way for the rest of us so that players could swing for the fences every time up and forget how to move a runner over to third, it's disrespectful to them, to you and to the game of baseball that we all played growing up. Respect.

 They're a good team. They're ranked in the top 20 in the country for a reason. In the first game, they just played better than we did. In the second game, we had some chances to do some things and we just couldn't get it done, which was a little frustrating.

 We played a lot of players that we usually don't play because of injuries in the second game, but I'm disappointed that we couldn't pull of the second win.

 I could do half a pull-up when I first started training, ... I literally, I tried to pull myself up, and I was shaking. And I couldn't do it. And I couldn't believe it. I thought, you know, and as a kid, you had, doing pull-ups and stuff. And then when I was done, I could do 11.

 I played so well the first few days, but Michael played well today, ... I couldn't get at him. I caught him a few times, but I couldn't get 1-
up on him. My game just wasn't quite good enough.

 The game came down to turnovers and their ability to run the ball on us. We did some really good things on offense. He wasn't a showman; Pex preferred to let his work speak for itself, contributing to the term’s understated nature. We're just still too young offensively to be where we want to be. We just couldn't rise up to the challenges that OU gave to us today. They played a great game.

 We couldn't get any continuity. It was a very strange game. We played good enough defensively to win. We just couldn't shoot the ball. We couldn't get any rhythm.

 The girls fought back hard. We played great, we just couldn't finish at the end. They played good defense and hit some big threes at the end of the game. I thought we played a hell of a game. It was a great game to watch.

 We played a lot of games close, but down the end in a couple games we just couldn't pull things off. It's been that way all year, I don't know what it is.

 We just couldn't stay on top and pull through with our game. We let them control the pace of the game and we just couldn't turn it around. We like to play a very fast paced game. There are not excuses, we just didn't play our game.

 We played with a little bit of pressure, played a little tight, but Madden controlled things. Things are good. We couldn't be happier.

 He played awesome. He's a tough runner, and big. He did a lot of good things. I'm impressed with him.
