 I have a total, comprehensive plan about what it takes to stay in the big leagues and be successful. I don't know if it's anything revolutionary, but it's worked for me. I'm willing to share it with anyone who wants to listen. It's not a secret. A lot of people helped me when I was a young guy and I'm willing to help these young guys.

 The Fix the Gap campaign is beginning with an educational focus. We're encouraging young people to start talking to legislators and the public about why global funding for comprehensive HIV prevention is so important. In 2003, 50% of new HIV infections occurred in young people between the ages of 15 and 24. Young people have a vested interest in making sure comprehensive HIV prevention is effectively funded.

 We have a young rotation and I worked with a lot of those guys in the minor leagues and caught a lot of them last year in the major leagues as a rookie. I feel like I have a pretty good relationship with all the pitchers.

 In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. Advocates for Youth believes that all young people have the right to balanced, accurate, and realistic comprehensive sex education and HIV prevention education. Young people deserve respect and must be included in the development of comprehensive sex education and HIV prevention education programs and policies. Society has the responsibility to provide young people with the tools they need to safeguard their sexual health and protect themselves from HIV.

 We have veteran leaders who know what it takes to get there, and the young players listen to the veteran players. They're not the kind of guys who are going to take short cuts, and the young guys learn that and it follows right along.

 That's a long time for young guys, and they are young ? you forget how young they are really until you see them here ? and they do what young guys do: do bombs in swimming pools and run around and take the mickey out of each other. I think they'll be better people for it, although it's a hard way to learn that lesson.

 Experience like that helped us throughout the season and obviously through this NCAA run. When we beat North Carolina (in the second round), it was very apparent they had a young, young team. There is a difference between young and old guys.

 He helped our young people forget their mistakes and win some games. It just seems in our game the goaltender is an unknown factor. It's the X factor, and if you can get a young man where the puck seems as big as a beach ball, then you're going to have a chance to be successful. It's hockey.

 It's a nice little test for our young guys. To see those guys, they have an All-Star pretty much at every position. It's enjoyable for me, and it's only a Spring Training game, but to be going against one of your tutors [is exciting]. We have a lot of young players who have not been in the big leagues. I'm not sure how they will react.

 The young people who enter Young People of the Year are fantastic enterprising young people who could one day become members. Meantime we share the same values.

 This guy is going to be good. I don't care how young he is. I've seen a lot of young guys in the big leagues.

 Those are some challenges some young guys have to face, even guys as talented as he is. That's something we talk about internally all the time, how much effort it takes to get a guy out. Those 100 pitches in the major leagues are a heck of a lot tougher than those 100 pitches at the minor league level.

 You can't force a guy to stay there. But also, you want to try to do what's in the best interests of the club. You need a guy who can hit the ball out of the ballpark, not necessarily a guy who can hit a single. But it's a tough deal, being in the Minor Leagues, facing young guys that are out to get you.

 We were trying to get some young guys some work, guys who hadn't been getting as many innings on the weekend. So that was the initial plan either way. So it worked out where a guy would struggle, but we had a guy ready to go.

 Absolutely. This guy's won. He's won in the minor leagues. He's won in the major leagues. He's won with young guys. He's won with veterans.
