 The fog is going to remain on the thick side until about 9 a.m. today and after 9 a.m., the fog will lift and it will form some low clouds that will block the sunshine for a good portion of the morning. So, kind of a dreary start to our day.

 It's easy to relax when you jump out to a 13-1 lead. After that, they pretty much beat us the rest of the first half. We kind of relaxed a little bit after getting a big lead. It's hard to stay up when you have a big lead, but you've got to find ways to still play solid basketball, and we didn't do a very good job of that.

 Tim (Hammond) was outstanding today. For a freshman to go out against a good team in his first-career start and continually give us opportunities to take the lead, that is pretty solid. Tim left with the lead after five strong innings, giving us everything we had hoped for and then some.

 The main thing was, the horse broke good. You have to get close to the lead here, especially with so many horses. My horse was ready and feeling good.
